In their own words

ESPnet

ESPnet is an open-source toolkit for speech processing, including recognition, text-to-speech, translation, enhancement, speaker diarization, and spoken language understanding. It provides complete recipes for a range of tasks, plus tutorials, notebooks, and demos for existing models. Users can install ESPnet and espnet-model-zoo with pip to run inference on existing models; published models can also run in CPU or GPU inference containers without checking out the repository. Installation supports editable pip setup and optional dependency groups for tasks such as ASR, TTS, and speech enhancement. Training requires a separate extra that includes Lightning, TensorBoard, W&B, torch_optimizer, matplotlib, and Dask. Some task-specific packages must also be installed separately when a recipe needs them. ESPnet 1 is no longer supported, while ESPnet2 users can skip installing Kaldi. The toolkit is released under Apache License 2.0 and permits commercial use. It offers API access and lists Linux, macOS, Windows, and self-hosted platforms; WAV is the listed export format.

FineVoice AI Voice Changer

FineVoice AI Voice Changer transforms uploaded or recorded audio with AI voice models. The online tool accepts MP3, AAC, AMR, M4A, and WAV files up to 20 minutes and 30 MB, and exports MP3 or WAV. Users can choose a voice, adjust pitch, convert multiple files in a batch, create or clone custom voices, and upload RVC voice models. FineVoice describes a library with more than 1,000 voices and over 154 regional accents. It presents uses in content creation, education, entertainment, and business, including videos, podcasts, and gaming. An API can add voice transformation to apps, games, content platforms, and workflows; desktop downloads are available for Windows and macOS, alongside web access. FineVoice says it does not store recordings or use vocal timbre to train AI, and says scam or impersonation uses are prohibited. A free plan allows 15 minutes of voice changing per day. Paid plans include Basic at $5.99 a month billed annually, with 24 hours of voice changing per month.
