Estetica Gestion is cloud-based software for aesthetic centers, spas, beauty clinics, and professionals. Its agenda offers daily, weekly, and monthly views, professional calendars, drag-and-drop rescheduling, and conflict detection. Patient files can include health history, diagnoses, treatment indications, photos, and custom alerts. Treatment tools track prices, duration, session counts, sales, costs, and material use; inventory features monitor stock, minimum levels, and alerts. Financial tools cover cash-register activity, sales and profitability reports, debts, expenses, and commission payroll. The service lists WhatsApp access and patient notifications; automatic appointment reminders are included in paid plans. It runs on Android, iOS, and the web, and the maker says it can be accessed from a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access. A free plan is available. Professional costs $30 a month, Business $45 a month, and Excellence $65 a month. The privacy policy describes SSL/TLS encryption and backups.
MERIDIQ
MERIDIQ combines patient records, treatment notes, appointments and payments for chiropractic and osteopathy clinics. Records support assessments, SOAP notes, treatment records, templates and patient history. Patients can book online into a clinic calendar, with appointments linked to records and automated SMS reminders. The platform links payments to patients and treatments and also offers invoicing. It runs in a browser on computers, tablets and phones without installation, with Apple and Android apps also available. Listed integrations are Stripe, Viva Wallet and Google Calendar, which MERIDIQ says are included at no extra cost. Its public API is labeled Alpha, with tokens and endpoints for users to try their own integrations.
