Workhub
Workhub is a workplace safety and compliance management system for organizations that need to communicate programs and manage worker requirements. It brings together policies, procedures, certificates, competencies, incident tracking, inspections, safety meetings, forms and bulletins, alongside audit-trail support. The service includes a library of more than 80 training courses, and organizations can create courses with custom content and quizzes. Worksite Screening supports custom questionnaires and access logs for workers and visitors. WorkerID provides mobile access to compliance data, with online and offline use; Workhub’s mobile-friendly application is a progressive web app that can be added to an iPhone or Android home screen, rather than downloaded from an app store. The Free plan includes limited file uploads and support and no data exports. Standard costs $3.00 per month per user, with a minimum of three users, and adds features such as custom branding, location-based assignments and data imports and exports. SMS notifications are available only in Canada and the USA.
