In their own words
Euna Budget
Euna Budget is cloud-based budgeting software for public organizations ranging from towns and educational institutions to states and nonprofits. It brings planning, forecasting, budget management, and reporting together across the budget cycle. Its tools cover approval workflows, scenario planning, actual-versus-budget review, rolling forecasts, and multi-entity budgeting. Strategic Budgeting connects strategic plans to operating, personnel, and capital decisions; personnel tools forecast salaries, benefits, and staffing costs, while capital budgeting supports project budgets and oversight of funding across multiple years. Euna maintains certified integrations with Tyler Munis, Workday, SAP, and Oracle. OpenBook can publish digital budget books and ACFRs in an interactive public portal. The software supports GFOA and GASB requirements, and its budget books can meet ADA accessibility requirements. Euna says it has supported more than 1,000 organizations. It runs on the web, and pricing is available on request. Professional is described for small to mid-sized public organizations; Enterprise is for large and complex jurisdictions, with added configurability, dedicated guidance, and strategic support.
Oracle Primavera Cloud
Oracle Primavera Cloud connects project owners and delivery teams for shared planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk management on engineering and construction work. It links contract schedules with field schedules, while field planning supports short-interval plans, task cards, progress updates, dashboards, and reports. Resource tools draw on a centralized pool of labor, equipment, and materials to plan capacity and demand across projects. Risk management includes a register, qualitative scoring, schedule and cost analysis, response plans, monitoring, and reporting. Portfolio and capital planning help owners evaluate and prioritize projects against organizational goals. The service can exchange XER files with Primavera P6 and documents imports from P6 XML or XER, Microsoft Project MSP XML, and Excel XLSX. Integrations include P6, Microsoft Project, Primavera Gateway, Oracle Integration adapters, and a REST API; some integrations can take up to 14 days to set up. It runs on Android, iOS, web, and API. Mobile apps require iOS 18 or higher or Android 14 or higher. Monthly service prices range from $12 a month for Progress to $220 a month for Portfolio and Capital Planning, each billed per Hosted Named User. Access to functionality depends on license and security privileges.
