In their own words
event67
event67 is a branded conference companion app for organizers, with an organizer console and charges based on activated attendees. Attendees get a live schedule they can filter by track, session details, personal agendas, and workshop RSVPs with waitlists. They can find people in a directory, manage profiles, and connect in person with QR codes or remotely by request. Moderated Q&A, polls, crowd reactions, and session feedback support audience participation. Organizers can apply their branding and publish the app under their own name in the App Store and Google Play; a web version is also available. Its Partner API, signed webhooks, and scheduled data sources support event records, updates, and partner-data imports, with integrations requiring a paid organization plan. The Free plan covers one live event and up to 50 activated attendees. Event Pass charges $5 per activated attendee beyond the first 50, capped at $4,750 per event. Annual Season Pass plans cost $8,750, $30,000, or $62,500. The product does not provide ticket sales, badge printing, video streaming, exhibitor lead retrieval, or algorithmic matchmaking.
FairUp
FairUp is a web platform for planning, running, and evaluating career events in digital, hybrid, or physical formats. Organizers can create event pages and manage exhibitors, participants, matching, communications, bookings, and scheduling; dashboards provide statistics and analysis. Participants can create profiles, upload CVs and documents, view exhibitor profiles and jobs, use profile-based matchmaking, chat with exhibitors, and schedule appointments. The free Community plan costs nothing and includes unlimited guests, participant management, chat and networking, ticket sales, and payment, but no exhibitors. Starter costs €990, paid once and supports up to 30 exhibitors and three team members. Professional costs €1,990, paid once, with up to 60 exhibitors and five team members; Professional plus costs €2,990, paid once, with up to 120 exhibitors and ten team members, with more available on request. Stripe usually charges 2.9% + €0.25 per transaction in addition to FairUp’s platform fee. The platform is web-based. FairUp describes encryption, access controls, and hosting in Germany or the EU as security measures, and states an average technical availability target of at least 98% monthly, subject to exclusions.
