In their own words
EventCreate
EventCreate is an event management platform for event websites, registration, RSVPs, ticket sales, attendee tracking, and event operations. Organizers can build customizable event websites without coding or server setup, then choose Simple, RSVP, Ticketed, or Multi-Event registration. QR check-in works through an app or desktop, with on-demand namebadge printing. The platform accepts major card brands, offline payments, and donations, and says payments transfer directly to organizers. Customers own attendee data and can export lists as CSV or Excel files. The free plan includes one event, 50 attendees, and one user, with a 5% ticketing fee. Paid annual-billed plans begin at $5 a month; Personal includes unlimited events, 50 attendees per event, one user, and a 2% ticketing fee. Higher plans raise attendee and user limits while reducing ticketing fees, with Enterprise listing a 0% fee. Annual and monthly billing are available, and upgrades are prorated for the remaining billing cycle. Mobile attendee apps are available on iOS and Android in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Ticket Tailor
Ticket Tailor is an online ticketing platform for event creators to publish event pages, sell tickets and manage orders. Organizers can customize mobile-optimized pages and widgets with themes, colors, fonts, layouts and photography. It supports unlimited events and ticket types, time-slot events, and virtual and hybrid events. Custom seating charts let attendees reserve seats, with additional credit usage or fees for seated tickets. The free iOS and Android check-in app scans tickets, searches attendee lists and works offline. Integrations include Stripe, PayPal, Square, Apple Wallet, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Mailchimp, Constant Contact and HubSpot; an open API and webhooks are also available. Ticket Tailor says ticket payments are handled by the organizer’s selected provider, not by the platform. Free tickets are generally free up to 5,000 per year, though higher-volume free events may be charged. Paid options are £0.22 per ticket (+ VAT) with upfront credits or £0.60 per ticket (+ VAT) pay as you go. Founded in 2010, the independent company is based in London.
