Plans
In their own words
Eventscript
Eventscript is web-based software for planning, coordinating, and running events through a shared system. Its digital scripts update in real time when plans change, and external partners and suppliers can be included. Planning tools cover timelines, tasks, event calendars, templates, and instructions for specific teams. The room designer handles layouts with tables, seating, stages, and bars, and users can import floor plans. Guest tools import spreadsheets, track dietary requirements and allergies, assign seats, and support tablet check-in. Documents can be attached directly to events. The Free plan costs nothing and includes all features, with one upcoming event at a time. Yearly costs $76.47 a month when billed yearly; Monthly costs $91.75 a month when billed month-by-month. Both paid plans include unlimited users, teams, contacts, and events. Eventscript ApS identifies itself as a Danish company and offers a free, roughly five-minute introduction with founder Victor Juul. The product is presented for event teams, coordinators, venues, and floor or operations teams.
