Production outputs can include PDF, TIFF, PNG, JPEG, native files, TXT, DAT, CSV, and OPT. AI features include Deep Dive, Coding Suggestions, predictive coding, clustering, document summaries, and AI-assisted writing. Deep Dive returns natural-language answers grounded in evidence with citations to source documents. Single-document AI actions and Writing Assistant are included, while batch AI actions are usage-based and some require credits. Connectors cover sources such as Microsoft 365, Purview, Slack, Salesforce, OneDrive, SharePoint, Zoom, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and others. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and granular user management. Pricing is based on managed data and usage, with case or annual subscriptions, unlimited users and uploads, and pricing on request. There is no free plan.
