In their own words
eVSM
eVSM is a Windows value stream mapping tool for drawing, analyzing, and sharing maps across manufacturing, office, healthcare, and supply network operations. Its workflow covers documenting a current state, identifying waste, managing improvement ideas, designing a future state, and planning implementation. eVSM Mix maps mixed-model production without averaging demand, cycle times, or routings across products. Analysis features include variables, equations, charts, capacity and OEE calculations, lead-time calculations, and activity-based costing. Excel import and export are supported, and ERP Import converts ERP data in Excel into eVSM map data. Version 12 requires Windows 10 or 11, Visio 2019 or later, and Excel 2019 or later; Visio and Excel are separate purchases. Maps can be viewed in Visio without eVSM or exported to PDF, but editing requires eVSM. Licenses include technical support. Listed plans include a 150.00 USD academic license once, a 1750.00 USD-per-year enterprise license plus $1 per associate, and a 2250.00 USD-per-year site license.
