In their own words
Surpass SecureClient
Surpass SecureClient is a secure browser application for delivering examinations on Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPad. It locks the examination computer so candidates cannot switch to other applications or open files. Its test driver uses encryption and other security controls to block blacklisted third-party applications. Offline assessment mode allows an exam to continue without an internet connection; completed tests are uploaded to Surpass after connectivity returns. Candidates install the application from the Launch Test screen after selecting Secure Delivery in the Surpass Platform. Surpass provides API options for linking assessment data and results with third-party services. The service is positioned for credentialing and licensure organizations, K–12 institutions, higher education, government agencies, and national testing programs. Product and technical help is available through a customer support form, while test takers are directed to their exam provider. Pricing is on request. On Windows 11, text suggestion and autocorrect settings must be disabled before launch.
