The privacy policy says prompts and temporary operation context are processed transiently, while the maker says it does not store workbook contents or train AI models on user data. The free BYOK tier uses your own provider key, gives unlimited SHEETAI calls and formula generation, and sends provider charges directly to you. Starter costs $12 a month and includes approximately 500 AI runs monthly. Pro costs $29 a month, while Pro Yearly costs $290 a year; both describe higher, soft-unlimited usage. Credit packs range from $29 a month to $299, paid once. Licenses follow a Google Account email. The company says it does not view or share customer data and saves only essential information.
