MoveMembers
MoveMembers is gym and studio management software for handling memberships, classes, bookings, payments and member communication. It provides class scheduling, online booking, a member portal and self check-in, alongside membership and payment tracking. Online payments use Stripe; front-desk sales can also be handled through point of sale. The service connects with LINE and supports automatic messages, while WhatsApp and SMS are listed for Max. It runs on Android, iOS and web, with API access, and the company says it is available in 10 languages. MoveMembers is aimed at independent gyms and studios, including martial arts, combat sports, CrossFit, boutique fitness, yoga, pilates, dance and climbing businesses. The free plan covers up to 20 active members; Pro is $99/mo for up to 200, and Max is $199/mo for unlimited members. Enterprise has no public price. Free migration and data export are offered.
