Plattr
Plattr brings restaurant menus, table bookings, loyalty tools, marketing automation, and a public guide together for independent restaurants, cafes, and bars in Germany and the EU. QR and online menus can include photos and allergen information, and support several languages and currencies. Booking tools include online reservations, a visual floor plan, and live table management. Loyalty options include points, coupons, subscriptions, and digital cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Marketing features cover automated campaigns, customer win-back, and Google review management.
The Free plan costs nothing and includes a Guide listing, restaurant card and gallery, basic analytics, a QR code for a Guide menu, and a Plattr Bonus Card. That menu appears only on the Guide, and Guide bookings start at €1 per Plattr network guest. Small costs €99 a month; Plus costs €199 a month; Pro costs €399 a month. The service is available on Android, iOS, and the web, with an API, and its site is in English and German.
