In their own words
Mirus Report Writer
Mirus Report Writer is a restaurant reporting solution backed by the Mirus data warehouse, designed to help multi-unit businesses access and analyze data. Users can build reports, dashboards, alerts, and graphs through drag-and-drop tools without coding skills; Mirus says clients can create and customize an unlimited number of reports. The service can automate report, alert, and PDF delivery, and supports secure sharing from one central solution. Listed integrations include 7shifts, ADP, Aloha, Brink, Excel, HotSchedules, Micros, Restaurant365, Toast, and XPIENT. The product is available on web, Android, and iOS. Its mobile apps provide report lists, report views, charts, and controls, but reports must be enabled for mobile and shared with the user or their group before they can see them. Pricing is on request, and no free plan is listed. One-time fees include $9,500, paid once for an initial Prime POS implementation and $4,500, paid once for an additional Prime POS integration; other POS systems and source integrations have separately listed fees. Mirus offers email and phone support Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM CST.
