SimpleLogin
SimpleLogin creates email aliases that forward messages to a mailbox while keeping a user's real address hidden. Users can reply to messages or send mail from an alias. Aliases can be created with a subdomain or catch-all domain, and users can bring their own domain. With PGP enabled, messages are encrypted with the user's PGP key before forwarding. Accounts support TOTP and/or WebAuthn two-factor authentication. SimpleLogin says its components are open source and can be self-hosted. It lists Chrome, Firefox, and Safari extensions, plus iOS and Android apps, including Android through F-Droid. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 10 aliases, one mailbox, and unlimited bandwidth; users cannot create more aliases after reaching the cap. Premium costs $36/year or $4 billed monthly, and includes unlimited aliases, custom domains, and mailboxes, plus PGP encryption. Free and Premium plans include the corresponding Proton Pass features. SimpleLogin says it joined Proton in early 2022.
