| Data retention | Uploaded document data is retained only as needed for processing and is deleted after processing or on request. | Submitted document content is held only while a request is processed, then deleted; the privacy policy says document text is not written to its database or application logs. |
| Input formats | Resume processing supports PDFs, images, scans, digital documents and text files. | Its endpoints accept résumé and job-description text, URLs, or files, and the site says PDFs parse natively and job-board URLs fetch directly. |
| Integrations | Documentation provides a Postman collection and supports receiving batch results through polling or webhooks. | Rezmatch provides a hosted MCP server that can connect to Claude and other MCP-capable clients, with OAuth or API-key authentication. |
| Licence | The terms grant a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive and nonassignable licence to use the web application and API; the software is not offered under an open-source licence. | The terms grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted service and state that Equirig owns the software, models as integrated, taxonomies, scoring logic, documentation, and marks. |
| Security | Extracta states that customer data is not used for training, communications are encrypted, and the service is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant. | The privacy policy lists encryption in transit and at rest, hashed API keys, managed secrets, least-privilege access controls, verified billing webhook signatures, and automatic expiry for temporary processing storage. |
| Support | The support team handles technical questions through the website contact form or support chat, with tutorials and documentation also available. | Support is provided by email at [email protected]. |
| Usage limits | PNG and JPG files count as one page, PDF usage follows physical page count, and Word documents count one page per 1,000 words. | A full résumé parse-and-match screening costs 8 credits, failed calls are refunded, and monthly plan credits do not roll over. |

Rezmatch.ai
Rezmatch.ai is an API that parses résumés and job descriptions into structured data and returns explainable candidate-role fit scores. Its endpoints accept text, URLs, or files; the site says PDFs parse natively and job-board URLs can be fetched directly. Parsing normalizes fields such as phone numbers, titles, employers, tenures, and skills. Matching identifies requirements that are met or missed and cites résumé evidence; a missing hard requirement caps the score. Rezmatch says automated parity tests check that name, age, and ethnicity signals do not affect scores. It returns scores and explanations, not hiring decisions, which remain the customer’s responsibility along with applicable legal compliance. Document content is held only during processing and, according to the privacy policy, is not written to the database or application logs. Developer tools include an OpenAPI specification, an interactive playground, and curl, Node.js, and Python examples. A hosted MCP server connects to Claude and other MCP-capable clients. The free plan includes 100 starter credits; paid plans start at $19.99 per month.
