eyworks
eyworks is an early years software platform for owners, managers, and practitioners running childcare settings. Its eight tools cover child financials, observations and daily records, enquiries and registration, HR, recruitment, community newsfeed, parent partnerships, and employee engagement. eymanage handles bookings, invoicing, funding, payment reconciliation, occupancy forecasting, and staff scheduling. eylog records photos and videos, EYFS assessments, daily diaries, accidents, and medicines, with AI-assisted writing through Aimey. eyparent gives families real-time updates, two-way messaging, home observations, invoice viewing, and payments. eyemployee lets staff view rotas, clock in and out, request time off, and update records; the app is free for every employee. The platform supports web, Android, iOS, and APIs, with direct integrations, APIs, and CSVs. Listed payment options include GoCardless, Stripe, Opayo, Worldpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards, Direct Debit, Tax-Free Childcare, and Pay by Bank.
