EZ Texting is an SMS marketing platform for sending messages to customers, subscribers, staff, and supporters. Its composer handles SMS, MMS, and RCS, while automation supports scheduled texts, drip campaigns, follow-up sequences, and keyword replies. AI Compose drafts campaign messages; AI Reply generates replies based on a business’s website and documents. Multilingual texting supports six character sets. Free iPhone, iPad, and Android apps provide mass campaigns, shared-inbox replies, contact management, push notifications, AI tools, and delivery reports.
