OrderNow Inventory links ingredients, recipes, purchasing, receiving, waste records, and stock reporting for food businesses. Eligible sales recorded through OrderNow can trigger recipe-based calculations of ingredient use. Purchasing includes purchase orders, goods received notes, supplier details, and purchase history. Reports can cover low stock, stock valuation, variance, cost of goods sold, supplier activity, and stock movement. The inventory module tracks balances by location and supports transfers across outlets, kitchens, stores, and central warehouses. Teams can record waste, damage, stock corrections, and configured HACCP or food-safety checks. Pro costs $44 a month and includes one location; Ultra costs $95 a month and supports up to two locations. The listed Free plan is a view-only QR menu with up to 12 menu items and ordering disabled. Third-party delivery workflows, accounting and health app sync, Google Reserve, and API and webhook connections are listed as coming soon.
