In their own words
eZee Centrix
eZee Centrix is a web-based hotel distribution platform for managing inventory and rates across online travel agency (OTA) connections. It supports real-time inventory and rate updates and is listed for multi-property operations. The three named plans combine channel-management functions with different property tools. Principal includes the Channel Manager, OTA connections, inventory distribution management, real-time updates and the Channel Manager mobile app. Star adds a cloud PMS to those Channel Manager features. Champion includes a cloud PMS and booking engine alongside the Channel Manager. Pricing for each plan is available on request, and a 14-day trial is listed. There is no free plan. The listed platform is web; the Channel Manager mobile app is included in the plan descriptions. For properties comparing the configurations, the main distinction is whether they need channel management alone, a cloud PMS, or a booking engine as well.
Oracle Payments Cloud Service
Oracle Payments Cloud Service handles payments for hotels and restaurants through the web. It accepts debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay, and supports card-present, online, mobile, and tableside payments. Workflows include deposit and preauthorization rules, bar tabs, contactless payments, dynamic currency conversion, pay-at-table payments, and receipt printing. Tokenization supports card-data processing; Oracle says transactions use end-to-end encryption and the service complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. In OPERA Cloud, Pay by Link can be enabled and configured with deposit rules and email templates. A reconciliation workflow compares card revenue posted in OPERA Cloud PMS with amounts processed, settled, and paid out through Oracle Payments. Oracle describes pricing as flat-rate, pay-as-you-go, month-to-month, without long-term contracts, additional service or convenience fees, or monthly minimums, but lists no numeric rate. The service is available in the United States and United Kingdom. Oracle says hospitality experts assist with deployment and customers have a single support team available 24/7/365.
