EZRA provides virtual professional coaching and learning programs for employees from first-time managers through the C-suite. Its Android, iOS, and web app lets participants schedule sessions, access resources, and communicate with coaches. Participants set goals, choose suggested coaches, book one-to-one sessions, and track progress with EZRA Measure. Measure supplies reports and insights on coaching effectiveness across an organization. Edge provides ongoing one-to-one coaching; Focus is an eight-week personalized development journey with coaching and behavioral nudges; EZRAx is designed for executive leaders. Cai, an AI development assistant inside Focus nudges, prompts learner reflection and shares responses with coaches. Listed app capabilities include calendar synchronization, customized resources, built-in assessments, and progress tracking. EZRA announced SAP certification for integration with SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite. Pricing is on request and tailored to organization, participant count, and program duration. Edge defaults to six months, with three-, nine-, and twelve-month options. A free trial is available, but the app is currently limited to people given EZRA login details.
