Fabasoft Contracts
Fabasoft Contracts is cloud-based software for managing agreements from preparation and review through approval and archiving. Teams can create contracts from templates and clause libraries, extract details such as parties and notice periods, and use AI to check clauses and regulatory requirements against customizable checklists. Identified risks are highlighted for review. Predefined workflows support approvals and signatures with internal and external partners. The product includes advanced electronic signatures aligned with the EU eIDAS Regulation, metadata-based deadline tracking, calendar and list views, and email or push notifications. Its Time Travel feature records changes across a contract’s lifecycle. Contract storage is certified under the IDW PS 880 auditing standard. Access uses rights and roles and two-factor authentication. The External Area supports document exchange, negotiation and digital signing with outside parties. Fabasoft describes integrations with SAP and Microsoft, and selectable certified data storage in Austria, Germany or Switzerland. A free 28-day trial is available; pricing is on request. Some functions, including legal file management, OCR, OData queries and interactive reports, require separate or volume-based licensing.
