Zasio Versatile
Zasio Versatile manages electronic and physical records and the retention schedules that govern them. Electronic records can be held in its repository or governed in place through connected repositories. Its retention schedule database contains more than 183,000 verified legal citations across 170 countries. Electronic Records Management comes in Standard and Advanced tiers, and customers choose one tier rather than both. Advanced adds manage-in-place integrations, legal holds, disposition approval workflow, folder rules, workflow templates, revision history, country-based retention, profiles, and advanced search. Named connectors include SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, network file systems, FTP, and generic SQL databases. The browser client provides access to content, schedules, legal research, physical records, dispositions, holds, dashboards, and administration. Versatile can be deployed as Zasio-hosted SaaS or on-premises. Zasio states that it holds a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation, available confidentially to customers and prospects. Pricing is on request.
