In their own words
Zabbix
Zabbix is an open-source monitoring and observability solution for infrastructure, applications, networks and services. It collects metrics from network devices, cloud services, containers, virtual machines, logs, databases, applications, IoT sensors and external API endpoints. Collection can use push or pull, with polling intervals as short as one second. Monitoring can use agents for Linux, Solaris, AIX, macOS, BSD and Windows, or agentless methods such as SNMP, IPMI, SSH/Telnet, ODBC, ICMP, TCP, Prometheus, Modbus and MQTT. Agents support TLS or shared-key encryption. Synthetic monitoring can run multi-step browser scenarios, capture screenshots, measure performance and availability, and alert on discovered problems. Integrations include templates and solutions for AWS, Microsoft Azure, Cisco, Docker and Android. A free plan and a five-day trial are listed; paid service starts at $50/mo. Monitored hosts, devices, applications, users, metrics and alerts are listed as unlimited, while supported server and proxy counts vary by subscription. Support availability and response targets also vary by tier.
