Its Intake Agent captures requester needs, asks follow-up questions, and routes requests to the right team. For suitable sourcing events, the platform can automate supplier matching, event distribution, bundling, and rule-based awards. The Supplier Discovery Agent scans more than 500,000 suppliers and matches them by category fit, manufacturer compatibility, and response probability.
