Fallout Shelter Save Editor vs PKHeX

Fallout Shelter Save Editor is a free browser app for viewing and editing Fallout Shelter save files. It processes saves locally: the browser decrypts, edits, and re-encrypts them, and the files are not uploaded to a server. Users can change dwellers' SPECIAL stats, levels, happiness, health, equipment, and appearance, or revive dead dwellers. Vault tools adjust caps and other resources, while room tools allow rearranging, upgrading, theming, clearing rocks, and repairs. The editor can show reward tracks for every season, including past seasons, and claim missed rewards. It also displays a vault family tree with relationship and genetics statistics, provides catalogs of weapons, outfits, pets, junk items, and recipes, and includes a save-health check that can help repair corrupted saves. It supports saves from PC, Android, iOS, and Switch. Before the first export, it downloads a timestamped copy of the original file. The project states it has no backend or telemetry and is an independent, non-commercial fan project for personal and educational use under the MIT license for its original source code.
