In their own words
Farseer
Farseer is an FP&A platform for enterprise finance teams, combining planning, forecasting and reporting. It covers budgets, rolling forecasts, sales, workforce and ESG plans, cash-flow forecasting, profitability analysis, scenarios, variance review, forecast-versus-actuals work and financial consolidation. Modeling supports enterprise financial logic through natural-language formulas without code. A spreadsheet-style interface and dashboards let users move from profit-and-loss figures to invoices. The Rama in-memory engine processes models across products, entities, accounts, currencies and time; Farseer says it can import 350,000 rows in 35 seconds. Connectors are listed for SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Snowflake, BigQuery and SQL warehouses, alongside an API and custom connectors. Farseer AI can build a planning model from ERP data for sandbox review. The service is web-based, paid and priced on request, with role controls, audit logs and single-tenant Google Cloud hosting in Belgium.
Konsolidat
Konsolidat is an MIT-licensed, open-source EPM product for finance teams using SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, with an Excel-native interface. Worksheet formulas retrieve backend results into existing workbooks. It consolidates multiple entities and currencies, applies elimination logic, attributes non-controlling interests and groups entities through ownership trees. Its allocation engine handles driver-based, cascading and reciprocal allocations, with iterative solving and traceability to source pools. The product describes driver-based budgets, scenario management and variance analysis; rolling forecasts are also listed as a roadmap item. Dynamics 365 F&O and ERPNext connectors are available, while SAP S/4HANA is offered through a paid pilot. SAP ECC, Business Central and SAP Business One remain roadmap items. The described data pipeline uses Airbyte, dbt and ClickHouse. Security options listed include 2FA, role-based access, audit logging, SSO and LDAP/Active Directory. Teams can self-host on their own cloud or on-premises infrastructure, or use a managed hosted plan. Self-hosting costs nothing and requires operating the software and infrastructure; hosted pricing is $3,500 a month. Automated cash-flow statements and multi-GAAP parallel reporting are roadmap items.
