In their own words
Static.app
Static.app hosts static websites and publishes them from uploaded archives or through an AI agent using its MCP connector. Its described uses include portfolios, landing pages, documentation, and websites made with coding assistants. The desktop sync app publishes saved changes from a local folder; Static App Sync is currently available for macOS, with Windows described as coming soon. Users can edit HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a browser editor, and daily snapshots support one-click rollback. The service also offers form collection, privacy-friendly analytics, HTTPS with a free SSL certificate, and password-protected pages. Listed connections include a REST API, MCP connector, webhooks, GitHub Actions, Claude Artifacts publishing, and OpenClaw. The free plan includes one website and a 50MB per-file limit; paid plans allow files up to 1GB. Server-side scripts can be stored but are not run. Free plans include help documents, while paid plans include priority email and chat support. Short links are not included in the free plan or trial and point only to content hosted on Static.app.
