FaxTerra
FaxTerra is an online fax service for sending and receiving documents through a web browser, iPhone app, or Android app. It provides a virtual fax number and supports international faxing. The free plan allows 10 pages per month sent to fax numbers in the US and Canada; it does not require a credit card and has no ads, watermarks, or branding. Sending stops when the page allowance is used, and incoming faxes beyond it remain inaccessible until a refill or upgrade. FaxTerra accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, GIF, BMP, and WebP files. Teams can share a number, inbox, sent history, and monthly pages, with unlimited invitees and no per-user fee. Delivery confirmation arrives by email, and fax status can be checked at any time. FaxTerra advertises 256-bit encryption; paid plans can add HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA, PHI-free notifications, and a six-year audit log. Purchased credit pages never expire. The Starter plan costs $4.99 a month; other options include one-time credit packs and a one-time fax number for 90 days.
