In their own words
FeedPane
FeedPane is a web service for embedding an Instagram account’s posts on an external website. Users connect an Instagram business or creator account through Meta OAuth, copy a one-line script from the dashboard, and paste it into a page. Installation guides cover Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, and custom HTML sites, including React and Vue. The free plan supports one account, six posts, a grid layout, Reels and photos, unlimited page views, responsive display, and a FeedPane badge. Pro is listed at $15 a month for early adopters, billed monthly and locked in for life, with a stated increase to $29/mo after the launch period. It includes 30 posts, Grid, Slider, and Masonry layouts, Reels autoplay, hourly sync, custom columns and spacing, a popup lightbox, and no badge. FeedPane says the widget avoids visitor cookies, IP collection, visit tracking, and profiles, and lists security controls including TLS/SSL and encrypted tokens.
Flow-Flow Social Streams
Flow-Flow Social Streams combines posts from multiple sources into social media walls for WordPress sites or blogs. Its listed feed sources include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WordPress, Pinterest, SoundCloud, Tumblr, Foursquare, Dribbble, YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, and RSS. Users can change colors, card width, margins, templates, and other design elements. Visitors can share items, filter by network, search live, view posts in a lightbox, and load more items. The WordPress plugin supports responsive layouts and swipe motion for mobile sliding. Feed data and image caching are described as server-side features. Posts can be excluded by word, username, or URL; pre-moderation is listed for Pro. The free WordPress version costs nothing and includes four sources and a masonry layout, with stream capacity dependent on the server. The WordPress Pro version costs $49, paid once and includes 14 sources and several layouts. The plugin requires PHP 7.x or above and specified server components; some network APIs require server SSL.
