Glass Shop GO is management software for auto glass shops, combining estimates, scheduling, insurance billing and mobile installation work. SmartVIN uses a vehicle identification number to identify the required glass and return NAGS pricing. Quotes can become scheduled work orders without entering the details again. Dispatch and routing tools help send technicians to mobile jobs. Insurance claims can be submitted to networks through EDI, with payment tracking included. Customers sign on a device at the vehicle, and the signed copy attaches to the order. Reports and a RESTful API provide access to employee and work-order data and report generation. Named connections include Safelite, Lynx, Harmons, Teleglass and Glaxis. The software runs on Android, iOS and web, and supports desk, laptop, tablet or phone use with unlimited devices. The Per-user plan costs $69.95 a month, includes the NAGS catalog, has no per-device fee or contract, and a free demo requires no credit card.
