GlaziersEdge is software for flat glass and mirror shops, covering quotes, orders, invoices, purchase orders, job scheduling, order tracking, inventory, and sales. Its estimating tools offer seven pricing methods and allow custom product, labor, fabrication, and edgework pricing. A catalog of 2,500 common flat glass items is included, along with heavy glass and standard shower configurations with diagrams and printable drawings. Work schedules can create calendar entries through MS Outlook or Google Calendars, and field staff can access job information on iPhone or Android smartphones. Mobile invoicing works through PayPal or QuickBooks Online, with card payments available without a PayPal account. QuickBooks desktop and online, and PeachTree Accounting interfaces, are separate plug-ins. The software supports barcode scanners and thermal label printers. The maker says its database stays on the shop's computers, rather than an internet server. It runs on Android, iOS, and Windows, costs from $215/mo, and has a 30-day trial.
