Hubitat Elevation is a paid home automation hub centered on local control. The C-8 Pro North America Version costs $184.95, paid once, and ongoing use does not require subscriptions. Automations and functions run on the hub, while device data is stored locally. Lights, locks, thermostats, and security rules continue working during internet disruptions. The hub supports Matter, Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, LAN connections, Ring integrations, cameras, and energy monitoring. It works with more than 1,000 devices across more than 100 brands. A free iOS and Android app provides remote device access; optional subscription remote administration is also listed. Voice integrations include Apple HomeKit, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa. Dashboards can be customized by room and user. The Groovy development environment allows custom apps or drivers.
