Fiddler Everywhere captures, inspects, modifies, and replays HTTP/S traffic across applications, services, and devices. Capture options include system proxy, network, browser, and terminal modes. It decodes HTTP/2, SignalR, WebSockets, MessagePack, SSE, gRPC, and Protobuf. Users can compose API requests, replay traffic, set breakpoints, and create rules that change requests or responses. Its MCP server connects to coding assistants and agent-powered IDEs, with setup documented for VS Code, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, and Codex CLI.
