In their own words
FieldBin
FieldBin is field management software for service companies and trades businesses, with scheduling, dispatching, customer records, invoicing, inventory and reporting. Its drag-and-drop calendar works from any device and lets users assign technicians to jobs. The CRM tracks client details, pipeline information and service or maintenance reminders. FieldBin can send invoices, accept online credit-card payments through Stripe and automatically send payment reminders. Technicians can check in and out using mobile apps, recording geo-tagged timestamps. The apps are available for iOS and Android phones and tablets, alongside web access. Other listed capabilities include estimates, route optimization, recurring services and customer follow-up; online booking is not offered. Integrations include Intuit QuickBooks and two-way SMS through a dedicated business phone number, but email and personal calendar integrations are not supported. Every plan includes unlimited live support, and personalized virtual onboarding is available. Basic costs $19 a month for one user. Sync costs $65 a month for one or five users and adds QuickBooks Sync and two-way SMS. A free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
SepticSync
SepticSync brings customer and property records, scheduling, county paperwork, and payments together for septic service providers and municipalities. Its county-form tools find septic forms, make them fillable, and can populate them with customer, property, and job details. Mobile field workflows support inspections with photos, GPS coordinates, signatures, and digital forms. The Growth plan includes two-way QuickBooks syncing for invoices, payments, and customer records. Other listed connections include parcel and tax-map data, FEMA flood zones, spill reports, ownership-change flags, and delivery of completed forms to counties. SepticSync says its AI can assess inspection photos for issues including cracks, corrosion, and root intrusion, with risk windows of 6, 12, and 24 months. The free plan covers county forms only; saving records, scheduling, and invoicing start with Starter at $125 a month. Starter supports up to two users, while Growth costs $349 a month and Pro costs $599 a month. The field app is available on Android; the iPhone version is with Apple for review.
