Formlets
Formlets is a web-based builder for contact forms, order forms, surveys and other forms used to collect information. Forms can send data to a mailbox, XLS or integrated platforms, and can be shared through a hosted link or embedded using iframe or modal code. The drag-and-drop designer includes conditional display, calculations, custom themes, e-signatures and templates. Forms support email notifications, validation and file uploads, including uploads up to 2 GB. Formlets advertises more than 2,000 software integrations and lists PayPal and Stripe payment options. Its free Personal plan permits one published form with unlimited responses; creating a free form requires neither signup nor a credit card. Paid plans start at $15.00 per month billed annually, with plan prices listed excluding VAT for several offerings. Higher plans include features such as custom-domain URLs, team accounts, and priority or full-service support. Formlets is identified with Oxopia and headquartered in Horebeke, Belgium.
