In their own words
FightKit
FightKit is school management software for martial arts schools, bringing enquiries, student records, classes, payments, and communication into one service. Student profiles can include instructor notes, emergency and medical details, and agreement records; schools can also import records from CSV. Scheduling supports recurring classes across venues, embedded timetables, and events with online registration. Attendance tools include QR code and kiosk check-in, while grading features cover custom rank systems, syllabus tracking, and digital grading sheets. Payment options include recurring monthly or annual Stripe billing, registration payments, manual records, and reminders for failed or overdue payments. Schools can manage leads and trial bookings, send targeted or scheduled emails, automate email sequences, and track engagement. Students and parents can use an iOS or Android app or web portal. All plans include all features and unlimited users, but student caps differ. Starter costs £19/ month and covers up to 20 students; a 30-day full-access trial requires no credit card.
