Teams can create health scores from Salesforce fields including usage, sentiment, support tickets, and contract data, with calculations made live in their org. Using live Salesforce records, fiit surfaces at-risk accounts, summarizes account history, and drafts next steps. It includes renewal and expansion forecasting plus structured playbooks for onboarding, QBRs, adoption, and renewals. Branded customer rooms let teams share plans, updates, and documents linked to Salesforce records. fiit reads live records without copying customer data into a separate fiit database and says it inherits Salesforce profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security. The Native Edition costs $399 a month, billed Monthly or annual, with unlimited Salesforce users, accounts, contacts, and contracts, every workspace feature, and email and chat support. Installation, field mapping, and workspace access can be completed the same day; the maker estimates about 15 and 30 minutes for installation and mapping. fiit does not currently work with HubSpot or other CRMs.
