Its listed security controls include SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, role-based access and immutable audit logs. Files are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 and 1.3 in transit. Files.com states that it is SOC 2 Type II certified and FedRAMP certified under FedRAMP 20x Class A. Paid plans start with Starter at $199 a month, billed monthly, including 10 Full Users, 50 System Users, two outbound connections, and 1 TB monthly storage and transfer. Power costs $499 a month, billed monthly. There is no free plan; a 7-day trial is available.
