In their own words

Files.com

Files.com is a file transfer and storage platform with native apps for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Its desktop apps can mount cloud storage as a local drive. Users can send branded links, collect files through inboxes, and allow browser previews or editing; partners and non-technical teammates can exchange files without accounts or VPNs. The platform lists more than 50 native integrations and provides a REST API, seven official SDKs, a CLI, Terraform, webhooks and MCP. Its listed security controls include SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, role-based access and immutable audit logs. Files are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 and 1.3 in transit. Files.com states that it is SOC 2 Type II certified and FedRAMP certified under FedRAMP 20x Class A. Paid plans start with Starter at $199 a month, billed monthly, including 10 Full Users, 50 System Users, two outbound connections, and 1 TB monthly storage and transfer. MASV

MASV is a managed file transfer service for sending, receiving, and automating delivery of large files. It supports web, desktop, API, Linux, macOS, and Windows access. Transfers can resume after interruptions using checkpoint restart, and branded browser portals can route contributor files to one or multiple destinations. The desktop app includes channel bonding, real-time uploads of growing files, and transfer optimization for 10 Gbps+ connections. Listed integrations include Amazon S3, Backblaze, Box, Dropbox, Frame.io, Google, and IBM Cloud Object Storage. MASV says transfers use TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest; its controls include SAML-based SSO, MFA, role-based permissions, password protection, download limits, and expiry dates. On-Demand includes 15 GB of transfers free each month, then charges $0.25 USD/GB, and requires a credit card. Files are stored free for five days, then cost $0.07 USD per GB per month. MASV was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
