In their own words
Filmstro
Filmstro lets filmmakers and visual creatives shape cinematic music around a video edit through a web app and a Premiere Pro extension. Users can adjust Momentum, Depth, and Power with sliders or timeline edits, adapt music to an edit's length, and place changes with keyframes. A stem panel lets users audition and remove individual sounds. The Premiere Pro extension supports frame-accurate edits and can continue working offline after a track is loaded, using locally cached project assets. Visitors can browse, download, and edit music during a full free trial without payment details; some features require a free account and email. Paid Creator plans include the web app, while Extension plans add the Premiere Pro extension. Music can be synchronized with creative media but cannot be shared as music on its own. Commercial work for clients requires PRO; TV, radio, VOD, and streaming projects require Enterprise. The service lists unlimited royalty-free music, unlimited downloads, WAV files, vocal content, and worldwide, perpetual music clearance.
Free To Use
Free To Use is a web library of royalty-free background music for creators. It offers unlimited free downloads without sign-up. The Free License costs nothing and covers non-premium tracks in user-generated social-platform content when attribution is provided; commercial use is prohibited. Qualifying videos may be monetized if correct attribution is added before publication or being made unlisted. Only approved artists can upload, and every track passes review and approval. The company says its catalog is made by real artists rather than AI, that it owns the rights, and that tracks are registered with YouTube Content ID and Meta Rights Manager. Subscribers can whitelist YouTube channels to help prevent claims when using music without attribution. Paid choices include a Pro License at €50 as a one-time purchase for one track and digital product, and a Broadcast License at €450 as a one-time purchase for one track in TV, radio or film. The Commercial Plan covers one digital product and up to 10 accounts.
