Metaview
Metaview is an agentic recruiting platform with AI agents for sourcing, outreach, application review, screening, interview notes, and reporting. Its sourcing agent creates a candidate shortlist and handles outreach in a team’s tone. Agents can begin after an intake call and use reviews, interviews, and hiring decisions to inform later searches. Listed integrations include recruiting systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and Workday, plus video tools including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Its desktop app for Mac and Windows records conversations without a bot joining the call. Candidates can opt out of recording, audio or video capture can be disabled, and customers can delete recordings or set retention policies. Metaview says recordings and transcripts are hosted in its AWS UK environment, with a default two-year retention period that can be changed. The Free plan covers the first 100 profiles sourced; Pro costs $100 a month per user.
