In their own words
FineDine
FineDine is a restaurant platform combining digital menus, ordering, reservations, marketing and reporting. Businesses can create QR-code, mobile and tablet menus, and its AI menu builder can identify items, categories and prices from an uploaded menu before generating dish titles, descriptions, images and modifiers. Customers can order and pay from menus, make reservations and send service requests. Marketing tools produce social media images, videos and captions from menus, specials and best sellers, and can generate and manage ad campaigns. Reporting brings menu, sales, timing and reservation information together, with a live view of QR scans, orders and active tables. FineDine lists integrations with POS systems including Foodics, POSitouch, Brink, Clover and Revel, though some integrations cost extra. It is available on Android, iOS and web; its tablet menu app supports iPad and Android devices. Starter costs €27 a month when billed annually and includes 100 menu items, 1,000 monthly orders and 50 monthly reservations. Growth is €69 a month and Premium is €135 a month, both billed annually. The pricing page says tablet devices are not provided.
GloriaFood
GloriaFood provides restaurants with online ordering for delivery, takeaway, and dine-in, plus table reservations and pre-ordering. Its free service plan includes website and mobile ordering, Facebook smart links, scheduled orders, QR code ordering, reports, promotions, and third-party integrations. Restaurants can share ordering links through Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The iOS and Android order-taking app lets staff accept orders and bookings, mark items out of stock, pause services, and print accepted orders using a thermal printer. Listed integrations include Clover, Focus, Wolt, Lightspeed, and Shipday. Its Food Order API provides order details after a manager accepts an order, while the menu API supplies the latest menu to third-party systems. An optional payment service connects to a gateway, with payments going directly to the restaurant’s account. The free plan has unlimited orders and locations, no commission per order, and no monthly fee. GloriaFood will reach end of life on April 30, 2027; the maker says it will support existing customers through that date.
