In their own words

Firepush

Firepush is a push marketing app for Shopify stores, with tools to recover abandoned carts, bring back customers, and support sales campaigns. Its automations include abandoned-cart recovery, price-drop and back-in-stock alerts, welcome series, order and shipping updates, and win-back campaigns. Campaign tools include promotions, flash sales, scheduling, countdown timers, discount codes, audience segmentation, campaign boosts, and hero images. Stores can collect subscribers through pop-ups, sign-up boxes, a fly-out widget, and embedded buttons. Reporting covers subscriber counts, click-through rates, conversions, and campaign revenue. Firepush works on Android, iOS, and the web, though iPhone shoppers need to add a store to their home screen to subscribe. It lists Growave and PageFly integrations. The free plan includes 500 push notifications per month; paid plans start at $13/mo for 10,000 monthly pushes. Pushes stop when a plan reaches its limit and resume in the next billing cycle.

PushBots

PushBots provides a dashboard for managing and sending push notifications to mobile applications, with mobile and web push, audience segmentation, analytics, scheduling, and Twitter integration. It offers Android, iOS, and PhoneGap SDKs, along with a REST API and clients for PHP, Python, NodeJS, and dotNET. Listed platforms are Android, iOS, and API. The maker’s GitHub organization also lists a WordPress plugin and a React Native library. PushBots has a free plan and a 14-day trial. The Free plan is described as forever free and includes 1,000 monthly active users. Lite includes 5,000 subscribers, Basic 60,000, Plus 150,000, and Ultimate 300,000; Enterprise is for more than 300,000 subscribers and requires contacting sales. A separate listed subscriber limit is 5,000, so buyers should distinguish that figure from the capacities given for individual plans.
