FitSW is fitness coaching software for trainers and gyms, with apps for iOS and Android. Trainers can create workout programs, assign them to clients, and track exercise progress, compliance, and custom metrics. Automation covers results tracking, profile creation, and multi-day programs. Client communication includes in-app messaging and push notifications; scheduling, goals, forms, group coaching, and a client portal support coaching workflows. Users can sell packages, subscriptions, and individual sessions. FitSW also provides livestreaming, interval timers, and public class listings. Gym plans add multiple trainer accounts, shared client profiles and exercise lists, and an admin account. The free trainer plan has a two-client limit; premium trainer options range from 5 to 1,000 clients, and gym options from 60 to 2,000. Premium features are available free for 30 days. Premium for Trainers costs $16.66 a month, while Premium for Gyms costs $49.99 a month. The mobile apps are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Swedish, and Hebrew.

Grix is web software for independent coaches to manage clients, bookings, sessions, reminders and payment tracking. Clients can book through a public link without making an account or installing an app. The calendar supports drag-and-drop scheduling, conflict detection and time-zone management. Email reminders go out the evening before sessions on every plan; Plus and Pro also send one about an hour before, while Grix does not send automated texts. Coaches can track payment status, and the service says it takes no commission on payments. Plus and Pro add one-click payment requests by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Confirmation emails include calendar invitations for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, although Google Calendar synchronization is not yet available to all accounts. Grix runs in a phone browser and can be added to the home screen. Its free plan supports up to 10 active clients and two booking links; Plus allows 25 active clients, and Pro has unlimited clients. Paid plans are listed from €7.99/mo, while the plan details also list yearly amounts of 6.39 EUR for Plus and 15.99 EUR for Pro.
