In their own words
FitSync
FitSync is personal training software for trainers, coaches, therapists, and fitness and healthcare professionals managing workouts and client relationships. Trainers can monitor clients remotely and review progress through charts, trend lines, reports, and analysis. They can create exercises, workouts, and multi-week programs, maintain private libraries, and upload exercise videos. The exercise library has over 2,000 exercises with instructions and videos, searchable by muscle group, modality, or free text. Workouts can alternate, skip days, or repeat, and scheduled sessions appear on trainers’ and clients’ handheld devices. Messaging is available through handheld devices and Web accounts. FitSync says trainers can apply their logo and color scheme. Downloaded workouts can be saved to handheld devices and logged without a constant Internet connection. The service lists Android, iOS, web, and Windows platforms, while its mobile membership page also mentions Java-compatible devices. The free membership includes unlimited Web storage and unlimited free exercises, workouts, and multi-week plans. FitSync Professional costs $19.95 a month or $200 a year. Mobile Premium costs $4.95 a month or $29.95 a year; iOS is available separately.
