Fixed Asset Register is cloud software for maintaining fixed-asset records, calculating depreciation, verifying items, and producing audit-ready management information. It calculates Companies Act 2013 SLM/WDV and Income Tax block-of-assets depreciation in parallel, including mid-year additions and rules for assets held under 100 days. QR or barcode scans record an asset’s location, custodian, condition, and timestamp, with reports reconciling scanned and recorded items. The Android app supports lookups, verification campaigns, transfers, and disposals, with an offline cache; a Windows agent discovers device details including model, CPU, RAM, disk, operating system, and logged-in user. The service exports general-ledger postings compatible with Tally, Zoho, SAP, and other accounting systems. It runs on Android, web, and Windows and is positioned for CA firms, SMEs, enterprises, and multi-location groups in India. A free plan covers up to 10 assets and one user.
