Flamezam vs MinecraftSix

Flamezam is a web directory for browsing and downloading Minecraft maps for Java and Bedrock editions. Visitors can filter by edition, category, Minecraft version and tags, then sort by newest, trending, most downloaded, top rated or recently updated. Map categories include Adventure, Parkour, Survival, Puzzle, Horror, CTM, Minigame, Creation and PvP; multiplayer maps are included. Anyone can download maps without an account. The terms say downloads will remain free, with no paywalls, premium tier or download queues. Creators can submit maps and later edit or update them, while profiles show downloads, ratings and followers. Uploaded files receive a structural check of archive contents before downloads are enabled, though that check is not a guarantee. The site accepts maps, not standalone skins, mods or resource packs; a resource pack bundled with a map is allowed. Uploaders must own maps or have explicit permission to distribute them, and creators retain ownership. Users must be at least 13 to create an account.

Resource packs are grouped by styles such as cartoon, medieval, modern, PvP, realistic and themed, while shader listings include high-end, lagless, low-end, realistic and vanilla styles. MinecraftSix says downloads are free, though some creators may offer optional premium versions or accept donations. It provides installation guides and advises checking whether mods match the player's Minecraft version. The site says it checks resources against its standards and recommends trusted sources and antivirus software. Creators can submit content for review. MinecraftSix describes itself as independent and not officially affiliated with Mojang or Minecraft.
