In their own words
Flashduty Status Page
Flashduty Status Page publishes branded service status and incident updates for customers, partners, and internal teams. Pages can be public or gated for internal audiences, with audience-specific subscriptions and access. They reflect the incident story maintained in Flashduty, avoiding the need to create a separate customer-facing account. Pages support custom domains, HTTPS, logos, and branded headers and footers. Public pages offer email and RSS subscriptions; internal pages can notify teams through Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom, and Slack. Component-level availability is linked to incident history for auditable uptime records, and teams can schedule maintenance. Public status pages are free to use with publishing, custom domains, and RSS; email beyond the included allowance is billed on demand. The Free plan includes five users and one public page. Standard costs $14/user/mo and includes one public page; Professional costs $29/user/mo and includes five public pages and 20 internal pages. Private Deployment has no listed price. Developers can connect through the Open API and webhooks. The platform is available via API, self-hosted deployment, and web.
Instatus
Instatus helps teams monitor services, coordinate incident response, and share status information with customers. Its monitors check websites, APIs, cron jobs, hosts, ports, and DNS records, tracking availability and performance over time. Checks can run from the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia using round-robin location selection. Teams can collaborate on incidents and set on-call schedules to alert the appropriate person. Status pages may be public, private, or limited to a selected audience, and can show components, incidents, maintenance, and notices. Private-page access options include email login, Google SSO, IP allowlists, shared passwords, secure links, and SAML SSO. Integrations include Checkly, Datadog, New Relic, PagerDuty, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Zapier, and API access; the REST-style API uses bearer-token authentication. Starter is free and includes 15 monitors with two-minute checks. Pro costs $20 a month and includes 50 monitors with 30-second checks. Live database data is not encrypted at rest, and Instatus says it has not completed an SOC audit.
