In their own words
FleetUp ELD
FleetUp ELD combines electronic logging with telematics for commercial motor vehicles. It tracks vehicle location, utilization and health, and provides current driver logs for hours-of-service compliance. FleetUp says its ELD is FMCSA-registered and certified; its devices also keep recording when a network connection is lost and upload the data when service returns.
The FleetUp Driver app offers duty-status tools, English and Spanish options, document uploads, two-way chat, route optimization and QR-code vehicle assignment checks. It is available on Android and iOS. Fleet management is also available through a cloud service that FleetUp says can be accessed from any device without installation. An open API supports connections to third-party systems, and location data can link with ProMiles for fuel-tax reporting and IFTA compliance. Listed Safety & Compliance plans range from $250 a month for 0 to 49 vehicles to $4,000 a month for 7,000 and above vehicles.

The device connects to standard 6-pin, 9-pin, or OBDII ports and pairs with Android or iOS phones and tablets through Bluetooth or USB. It supports roadside inspection transfers through web services and email. HOS247 says it is an FMCSA-certified ELD vendor compliant with 49 CFR Parts 385, 386, 390, and 395. The service runs on Android, iOS, and web, and is offered with a 14-day trial. Drivers can edit logs only from the preceding two weeks. The ELD Track listing says a smartphone or tablet is not included.
